1. All new homeowners are required to complete the Gate Access Form to register with Association Link for residency verification and to receive gate access. New homeowners are provided 2 vehicle tags at no charge.

2. All currrent homeowners are to complete the Gate Access Form for any informational updates such as phone number changes or additional access requests.

3. Homeowners who are authorized to rent are required to provide Association Link the completed Gate Access Form on any new renters and approval of their tenants requesting additional gate access.

4. Each gate decal/card is registered in the homeowner's name and includes all responsibilities related to the decal/card assigned to them.

Allow 24-48 hrs for notification that the request has been completed.

Additional vehicle gate decals - $20

Renter vehicle decals - $30 (homeowner approval)

Gate card - $30 (homeowner requests ONLY)

Payment should go to Association Link or given to the gate chairman at the time you receive new gate access. Checks should be made out to Charlestowne HOA.
