The Villages of Rivershyre is a peaceful, friendly, upscale community of 275 homes located in Evans, Columbia County, Georgia. Our residents range from young professionals to families with children of all ages to retirees.

Directions

• From I-20 take Washington Road west ~ 1 1/2 miles to Fury's Ferry Road (GA-28)
• Turn right onto Fury's Ferry Road and go north ~5 1/2 miles to Hardy-McManus Road
• Turn left onto Hardy-McManus Road and go ~ 1 mile to The Villages of Rivershyre on your right

There are 275 homes in The Villages of Rivershyre. Our neighborhood is split into five "villages" (Rivershyre, Brighton, Dartmore, Newport, and Edenton) with buffer areas between them - giving it the feel of a smaller, more secluded location.The Villages of Rivershyre is located just minutes from all of your necessities, recreational facilities, churches, the Evans Government Complex, and schools. The county library is just a few miles down the road from us. The many children that live in our neighborhood attend Riverside Elementary School (~1 mile away), Riverside Middle School (~2 miles away), and Greenbrier High School (~5 miles away). The Evans Government Complex, only 5 minutes from here, currently houses many Columbia County government offices included tags, drivers licenses, voter registration, a Sheriff's Office substation and a new county courthouse. There's also a boat dock and small picnic area a mile from our neighborhood.
