Title: Reminder to submit ACC Requests

Hello Sims Landing Homeowners,

The Board would like to kindly remind everyone that repairs from hurricane damage should have already been addressed by this time.

To ensure proper documentation, the Board requires all homeowners to submit an ACC Request for repair details as soon as possible. Please log in to the website at simslanding.net, go to the Account Menu, select 'ACC Request,' and provide as much information as you can, including quotes or estimates. In order for your request to be approved, you must submit a contract or some form of proof that you are working with a contractor. This helps us track and confirm that you are actively working on repairs and will help avoid violation letters.

Also, remember the Board has extended the late date for 2025 Annual Assessments until February 28th, due to the financial impact from the Hurricane. Late fees will start March 1st this year.
