Assessment vote meeting

Meeting to approve 2026 dues

There will be an additional meeting on December 22, 2025 to vote on the proposed dues structure for 2026.

Purpose and agenda of the meeting: Vote on the proposed 2026 dues structure.
Date: Monday, December 22, 2025, Time: 6:30 p.m.
Location: The Clubhouse at 100 Folkstone Circle in Augusta, Georgia.

The meeting notice along with proxy forms and the proposed dues amounts can be found by navigating Community Information---Documents---Annual Meeting Information---2025.

Woodbine West 2026 Board of Directors

The Woodbine West board of directors for 2026 will be:

Wade Wilbourn, Merrell Garner, Barbara Robinson, Kanta Kondur (terms expiring December 2026), Neal Smith, Bethany Yost, Tim Buss (terms expiring December 2027).

Regular meetings of the board of directors are typically held on the second Monday of each month at the clubhouse at 6:30 p.m. Rules of order are followed at these meetings, and some business may be conducted in executive session.
