Hello Four Oaks Homeowners,

It’s almost time for the 2026 Pool Season!

Below you will find the link to the required 2026 Liability Waiver, as well as the optional Authorization for Release of Information form.

In order to receive a pool key or have your existing key activated for the 2026 pool season:

• Your HOA account balance must be $0.
• A completed 2026 Liability Waiver must be on file.

Please note:

• Only one waiver per household, per year is required.
• If you have already submitted a 2026 waiver, you do not need to submit another.
• Waivers may take up to three (3) business days to process.

Scheduled Pool Opening Date: May 1, 2026

Owners Residing in Four Oaks:

Owners with Tenants:
Please have your renter Click here to complete the 2026 Liability Waiver.
All renters must also submit a current copy of their lease to hoa@associationlink.net after completing the waiver.

Optional – Authorization for Release of Information:
Click here to complete the Authorization for Release of Information if you would like Association Link to communicate account details with someone other than the owner listed on the deed. This form may also be used to authorize any individual over the age of 18 to pick up a pool key on your behalf.
